Privacy Policy
Overview
Pace is developed by Little Gold Studio. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using Pace, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect
Always collected (no account required):
- Location / GPS Data: Collected only while you are actively running. Used to calculate distance, pace, and generate your route map. Stored locally on your device only.
- Run Records: Distance, duration, pace, and GPS tracks. Stored locally in an encrypted database on your device.
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics. Contains no personally identifiable information.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (e.g. which features are used) via Firebase Analytics. Collected only after you accept this policy during onboarding.
Collected when you sign in with Google (optional, for Pro features):
- Google Account Identifier: Your Google account UID (not your name or email) is used to link your data to your account.
- Synced Run History: Your run records are securely synced to Google Firebase so you can restore them on a new device.
- AI Companion Context: Aggregated run statistics (total runs, average pace, streak) are sent to our AI service to generate personalized companion responses. Raw GPS tracks are never sent.
- Subscription Status: Managed via Google Play and RevenueCat. We store your subscription status tied to your Google UID to restore Pro access across reinstalls.
Data We Do Not Collect
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Payment card details (handled entirely by Google Play)
- Contacts, messages, photos, or other device data
- Health data beyond what you generate by running (no heart rate, no medical data)
- Your precise location when the app is in the background or closed
How We Use Your Data
- To provide run tracking, distance calculation, and route display
- To power your AI companion's real-time encouragement and personalized responses
- To restore your run history and subscription when you reinstall the app
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability
- To understand which features are used and improve the experience
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.
AI and Fitness Data
When using AI companion features, anonymized run statistics are sent to a language model to generate companion dialogue. This data does not include your identity, precise GPS coordinates, or any personally identifiable information. It is used solely to generate your companion's responses and is not used to train AI models.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google) — Crash reporting, analytics, authentication, and cloud storage
- RevenueCat — Subscription management and purchase validation
- Google Play — Payment processing for subscriptions
Data Retention
- Local data: Retained on your device until you clear it in Settings or uninstall the app.
- Cloud-synced data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Analytics and crash data: Retained per Google's standard Firebase retention policies (typically 14 months).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated cloud data
- Opt-out: Disable analytics collection in your device's app settings at any time

Children's Privacy
Pace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

AI 与健身数据

第三方服务
数据保留
